In Kind Donations

At the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ACBVI), we deeply appreciate the generosity of our community. In addition to monetary contributions, we also welcome in-kind donations. These non-monetary gifts of goods or services can make a significant impact on our ability to serve individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

What We Accept

We accept a variety of in-kind donations, including:

  • Technology: Assistive technology devices, computers, tablets, smartphones, and other electronics can greatly enhance our programs and services.
  • Office Supplies: Items such as paper, pens, envelopes, and other office essentials help keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Educational Materials: Books, braille materials, and other educational resources can support our educational programs.
  • Event Supplies: Items for our fundraising events, such as decorations, food and beverages, or raffle prizes, can help make our events successful.

Please note that all items should be in good condition. If you're unsure whether we can accept a particular item, please contact us.

How to Donate

If you have items you'd like to donate, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us by phone or email to discuss your potential donation.
  2. Drop Off Your Donation: Once we've confirmed that we can accept your items, you can drop them off at our center during our operating hours.
  3. Receive a Donation Receipt: After you've dropped off your items, we'll provide you with a donation receipt for your records.

The Impact of Your Donation

Your in-kind donations help us provide essential services and programs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Whether it's a computer that aids in our technology training, office supplies that support our daily operations, or items for our fundraising events, your generosity makes a difference.

By donating goods or services, you're not just helping ACBVI - you're supporting our mission and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. We're grateful for your support and commitment to our community.
